1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using qagentai.tech or agent.qagentai.tech (the “Service”), operated by QAgent AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QAgent AI is an autonomous QA agent for software teams. You provide a product URL, and our agent automatically generates and executes frontend and backend tests, returning reports, screenshots, and screencasts to your dashboard.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including product URLs, test results, and screenshots (“Your Data”).
  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • We will not sell Your Data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit URLs and run tests against the products they represent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Test products or URLs you do not own or have explicit permission to test
  • Use QAgent for load testing, stress testing, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on usage (test runs per month) as described in our Pricing page. Free tier is available. Paid plans will be billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAgent AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the agent's generated tests or results will catch every bug, be accurate in all cases, or be free of false positives.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of Your Data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
